Spring has Sprung.  It is Mid-April and Chapel Hill, North Carolina is already 80 degrees.  Martini time!  Make yourself one of Todd’s signature Guava-Lychee…umm…somethingerruthers.  (Note the Tigers shot glass)

Mix with ice in a shaker for about 30 seconds:

2 oz Vodka

2 oz Guava Juice (obtained from a local mexican Tienda – more to come on that front)

1 oz Lychee Juice (obtained at local, organic, fair trade, child-labor free, carbon neutral, Food Co-op)

1 slice ‘O lime

Enjoy. Preferably outside.
