If you’re any where close to the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor do yourself a favor and come to the Ypsilanti Summer Beer Festival on July 24th-25th put on by the Michigan Brewer’s Guild. Tickets are on sale now for $25-$30 depending on if you go on Friday or Saturday. The festival features over 2000 beers from more than 30 different Michigan breweries, good food, and live music. It’s a great opportunity to taste some of the best beer that local breweries have to offer.
Tickets can be purchased on their website, or at the gate but tickets are limited so I would suggest that you order them in advance.

Not sure if I’m going to make it this year, but it’s always a great time. Fridays are usually cooler and a lot less crowded.
