Speaking of Bobby Flay, his Mesa Grill cookbook is one of the best cookbooks that I have ever purchased (I have over 30 cookbooks and this is in my top 3). It is really the modern bible of Southwest cooking. He can be a d-bag at time though, but ever since he put out that cookbook...game over. Fruit salsa and Hawaiian Pizza are not allowed in my house.
