It is pretty crazy when he can't drink during the heat challenges, but that burger was crazy. 3 ghost chilis is some serious heat. He didn't look as bad as he did in the wing challenge with the 5 minute waiting period, but there's not way I would ever touch that burger.

Yeah, I read the same interview I think. The thing that I was amazed by is that he immediately gets on the treadmill after the challenges are over and says that while it may be painful, it actually loosens everything up after about twenty minutes and he doesn't feel all that bad. I can definitely see that, but I'm not sure that's something that I'd be doing after completing all those challenges.

By the way, I was really disappointed in the Ghost Burger challenge. I understand it was hot, but they were openly letting him drink fluids while he was eating it (he only had to go fluidless for the five minute waiting period). Seems like kind of a cop out.

I read an interview with Adam Richman and apparently he works out pretty regularly. He has a nutritionist monitoring what he eats when he's not on the show, as well.

Adam Richman is going to die, as well as Guy Fieri, if they keep eating the way they do. I have never known a foodie who loves food, but also enjoys working out like a mofo to counter what they eat. And I'm sure neither one of these guys are gym rats.
