Lazyman Tamales

Straight from my favorite food blog in the world, The Food in my Beard, I present to you lazy man tamales.  Any food that can be titled as “lazy man” dish, and looks this good sounds like an excellent idea to me.  If I didn’t have black bean and rice burritos cooking right now I would literally drive to the grocery store and make these right now.  I guess there’s always dinner.

I felt the need to apologize for subjecting you to the picture of Tio’s uber disgusting nachos the other day.  I hope the following picture/recipe will make up for that and you can somehow forgive me.
