Every so often I come across a recipe an wonder why the hell I didn’t think of it. That moment occurred one again today. Someone has come up with the greatest breakfast sandwich in the history of breakfast sandwiches. I’m currently trying to think of something witty to say but all I can think of is making one. I go now.

“Needs bacon” can apply to almost any food that lacks bacon.
Now try this using a bagel instead of bread. mmmmmm
My mom used to make these using just one slice of bread. I started making it into a grilled cheese years ago and have even added thin-sliced ham to the sandwich
