My attempt at the Bomber breakfast got me thinking about some new ideas for the site, and I decided that I am going to attempt to hit up all different dining establishments around my area and document it for the site. Kind of a poor Anthony Bourdaine thing. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can go? I’m looking for different kinds of places, places that serve large portions of food, bizarre foods, eating challenges, or places that have been around for a long time. If you have a place that you want to reccomend that doesn’t fall within those categories, that’s fine too. Just comment on here if you have any ideas for me.

You absolutely have to go to Sabor Latino in Ann Arbor. Its right next door to the Heidelberg… and is my favorite Mexican restaurant…ever. Its mostly al a carte style, and very responsibly priced. GO THERE. seriously. Yum.
So, I tried a new sushi place with Nikki today… d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s. I can’t remember if your in to sushi or not, but if so… go there. YUM. I have the shrimp tempura roll, she had the avocado and we got edamame. Even the bottles of IBC root beer were good! It was all really fresh relatively inexpensive. The owner was really nice, and practically ate with us! Its on Packard right next to the old fantasy attic, and is called Makkara Sushi & Japanese Grocery.
