
There’s something about a margarita that tells me it’s summer time. In these waning days of summer, go make yourself one last margarita to celebrate hot weather and God’s greatest citrus gift to humanity – the Lime.
I generally like to go 3 parts Tequila (get the good stuff!), 1 part Triple Sec (both John and I love Citronge, by Patron – a good, high end triple sec that won’t dent your pocketbook too badly) and 2 parts fresh lime juice! I recommend getting a good citrus squeezer to get every last drop from those delicious limes!

To super-size this experience, get yourself a couple of those mini-pitchers. Our waitress randomly gave us these pitchers during a brief stopover at the Village Kitchen (Richmond, VA):
