Hope everyone has a great Christmas. The Moors family has already gone through 10 bottles of champagne, bacon wrapped sirloin skewers, an entire Costco chicken pot pie, and a whole lot of cheese. Tonight we feast on twice baked potatoes and pepper steak.

That would be an Imperia pasta machine. No more store bought pasta for me. It’s all homemade from here on out! It’s going to be woooooonderful.
Anyways, I’ve never made pasta before and I heard it’s a rough process the first few times. Anyone have some experience with this? Any tips you can offer me? I’m going to stick with The Food in my Beard’s guide for the first couple times, but after that I like to come up with my own methods.
