With the Detroit Tigers recent slide away from ownership of the AL Central, it is officially time to bid goodbye to Summer….

Oh delicious ballpark hotdog – how we loved thee. We wait for your impending return. HAIL TO THEE!

Oh Chicago style hotdog – you gave us so much. Confusion – “WHAT?! NO KETCHUP?!” Indigestion. Filled stomachs and love for America’s Second City. Long live thine Red Hot! We await your return!

Oh crazy dancing vendor guy. We will miss your brilliant Miller Lite salesmanship. We bid you farewell for a lovely winter! May your beer aways remain cold, but unfrozen in the Michigan winter. May your dancing skills remain keen and hilarious. May you always remember to stretch to prevent game-ending injuries. Farewell, good sir. Farewell.

I’ve always found that ketchup takes away from the flavor of (pork) hot dogs. I don’t mind it as much with beef hot dogs, but are beef hot dogs REALLY hot dogs?
My answer to you is no. An all beef hot dog is not a hot dog. Pork is our friend.
except if you’re a hebrew national dog. Then you’re all beef and all delicious!
All beef all the way….no way with ketchup!
I’m jealous. Not only am I a Raiders fan, but I am a fan of the Tigers. I have yet attend a game in the new stadium.
I was bummed when our boys lost the tie-breaker game.
On the subject of hot dogs. Anything that isn’t an all beef hot dog, is just plain nasty. I live in the heart of pork country, not far from Smithfield, Va. Trust me when I say it. Pork country prefers all beef hot dogs. Pork is saved for better days, and better things.
Oh yea..
…and no way to ketchup on a hot dog. not only that, but Chicago dogs are just overkill. What’s the point? If I want something Chicahgo style, I’ll take an Italian Beef.
