I like to eat. A lot. If you hadn’t figured that out yet, then I think there just might possibly be something wrong with you. That being said, I would like to support a fellow food blogger’s creation of National Foodbeast Day on May6th, 2009. Over at Foodbeast, they have created a day encouraging you to eat crazy, forget about your diet, eat at your favorite restaurant, or splurge if you’re on a budget. While I tend to live by Foodbeast Day’s principles on a daily basis, I encourage all of you to participate and enjoy this day of food. For more details, click on their banner.

Diet Coke. With Bacon.
I don’t really have an explanation or any kind of witty story to go with this. I simply found it on Foodbeast. It’s Diet Coke. With Bacon. I wonder how that would taste? Wait, no I don’t. It would taste delicious. I’m sure of it. I think I might actually try this..

This has just given me the bright idea of infusing bacon into vodka. Does it make me an alcoholic that I see a Diet Coke with Bacon and it makes me want to infuse bacon into Vodka?

World’s Largest Lean Cuisine Collection
I have the distinct privilege of knowing where the world’s largest collection of frozen Lean Cuisine dinners are hidden. Outside of actual retailers, I would challenge anyone to find a larger stash of these babies… Yes, mofo, that’s a challenge.

Down a dark staircase….
You come across a large freezer which you assume contains a large, dead animal…
No! Only Lean Cuisines!
All Lean Cuisines!!!!!!!!
Ok, well a few Morning Star veggie burgers too…
But mostly Lean Cuisines!!!!! This is actually my parents’ basement. When they bought their house, the former owner had this large freezer in the basement and didn’t feel like moving it out. The freezer has now become a housing for their Lean Cuisine collection, which they are very proud of. I think they are probably going to be angry with me for putting this on here, but the world needs to know who the number one supporter of Lean Cuisines Inc. is.
